You’ve got to eat right? So you might as well reduce your taxable income even further while you’re enjoying a tasty takeaway laksa or pasta or taco.
The Meal Entertainment benefit lets you salary package the cost of meals when you eat out, meaning you could save every time you dine with friends and family at restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs and bistros.
Ordinarily this would be used in places where you dine in, but due to COVID-19 the ATO, until 31 March 2021 is allowing the use of this benefit for some takeaway and home delivered meals purchased through restaurants that, as of 1 March 2020 would have accepted your Meal Entertainment card, if you were able to dine in. This also includes some meals ordered through delivery services such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Menulog. *
Available for both Health and Not-for-profit workers
Uncapped benefits
On top of the capped benefits, you can also take advantage of a range of uncapped benefits.

Novated leasing allows you to pay for your car with some of your pre-tax salary (over and above any that you use for capped benefits) – and potentially lower your taxable income.
New or used, we can help you find the car you want and negotiate with dealers to secure a great price financed by Maxxia that doesn’t include GST or any upfront fees^. You can even salary package your own car in many circumstances through a Lifestyle Lease.
Once you’ve decided on the car you want we will set up a salary packaging account. Then we can arrange a budget for your lease repayments and running costs like fuel, registration, insurance and maintenance. The cost of everything is bundled into one regular payment drawn from your salary each pay.
^The amount financed with Maxxia is the amount we pay to acquire the vehicle to lease it to you. If you purchase the vehicle on termination of the lease, GST is payable on the purchase price you pay at that time.
