What is the Maxxia Wallet?
The Maxxia Wallet is a smartcard that allows you easy and convenient access to your salary packaging funds, 24 hours a day. Your Maxxia Wallet will allow you to:
- Access real time balances and account information
- Manage both salary packaging and meal entertainment benefits through one smartcard
- Tap and go, with Mastercard Tap & Go™ technology
How does 2 benefits on 1 card work?
Your Maxxia Wallet houses both the Living Expenses and Meal Entertainment salary packaging benefits, meaning you will only carry one card for all your salary packaging needs.
When you use your card, the card’s integrated smart chip will identify which benefit is applicable and charge that account.
For example, if there’s not enough money in your Meal Entertainment benefit, the card will take it from the Living Expenses benefit.
What account should I select when at the checkout?
When making a payment with your Maxxia Wallet, you should select the Credit account.
How can I view my account balances?
You can view your account balances and transaction history at any time via the Maxxia app or our online customer portal, Maxxia Online.
How much is the Wallet charge?
The charge is $4.40 per benefit, per month (GST incl). This will be salary packaged and your deductions automatically increased to cover the charge. International transaction fees and disputed transaction fees also apply. Please refer to the Wallet’s Product Disclosure Statement for more information.
Is this charge on top of my current Maxxia benefits fee?
Yes, this charge is in addition to the existing Maxxia administration fee.
Can I have an additional card?
Yes, you can order additional cards for spouses and other family members, which will be linked to your Maxxia Wallet benefits. There is a charge of $1.10 per benefit, per month (GST incl) for each additional card.
I’ve forgotten my Wallet’s PIN – what should I do?
Simply head along to our card provider's page to change your PIN or recover your old one.
What should I do if my Maxxia Wallet card is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen cards must be reported to Maxxia by calling +61-1300-123-123. A replacement card will be issued within 5 – 10 business days.
What is the Everyday Deals?
Everyday Deals is a discount program exclusively for Maxxia Wallet cardholders that is linked directly to the Maxxia Wallet.
How do I get Everyday Deals?
You must have an active Maxxia Wallet Card to use the program.
Is there a fee for Everyday Deals?
There is no administration fee charged by Maxxia to use Everyday Deals.
How do I get the Maxxia app?
The Maxxia app can be downloaded onto a smartphone via the Apple Store® or Google Play™. You must be registered with Maxxia Online to use the Maxxia app.
Can I link the Maxxia Wallet to my smartphone use tap and pay functionality?
Yes – First you need an active Maxxia Wallet card then simply open the Maxxia app, select ‘Manage Wallet Card’ from your dashboard and follow the prompts to add a card to your device.
