Maxxia app and Maxxia Online Drive Customer Experience Improvements

As part of a commitment to providing an even better service to our customers, we have launched a range of digital enhancements in recent times. These include upgrades to the Maxxia app and Maxxia Online (MOL), giving our customers greater visibility and control over their salary packaging than ever before.
Recent updates to the Maxxia app and MOL give our customers more self-service opportunities, and increase the ease and convenience of novated leasing, including:
- The ability to view funds that haven’t been allocated to a benefit or reserved for fees.
- Fully maintained novated lease customers with Maxxia-arranged insurance can now see their insurance details, including their policy number, renewal date and payments made — tasks they’d previously had to call a consultant about.
- MOL has more information displayed for fully-maintained novated leases, including visibility of annual budgets by expense category (such as maintenance and tyres) and the amounts spent for each category, including the Novated Lease Fuel Tracker.
